From the first site visit to the final drawing, we design buildings that answer their plot, their climate and the way you live.
We shape the inside with the same care as the outside: light, material, flow and the furniture that makes a room work.
Expert advice without a full design contract: a better layout, a clear renovation plan, or a second opinion before you build.
We run the build so the drawing becomes the house: contractors, budget, schedule and quality, every week until handover.
Process
We walk the site with you, learn how you live and agree the brief, the budget and the timeline.
2–3 weeksConcepts, models and drawings, refined with you until the house feels right on paper.
6–10 weeksTechnical drawings, specifications and permits, ready for contractors to price.
8–12 weeksWe tender, supervise and inspect every week until we hand you the keys.

Yes. Most of our projects are both, designed by one team so the inside and the outside belong together.
Usually four to six months of design and permits, then twelve to eighteen months to build, depending on size.
Design fees are a fixed price agreed after the discovery phase, usually 6–10% of the build cost.
If you want us to. We tender the work, check every invoice and visit the site every week.
Yes — renovations and extensions are a third of our work, from a new kitchen to a full restoration.
